How do I login to Jabber?

Overview

For Standard Jabber users, (not part of a call center) follow the process below to login

1. Enter your StarID@mnsu.edu in the username field on the Jabber login screen
2. Click Continue
3. Enter just your StarID (remove @mnsu.edu) and your StarID password
4. Jabber should log you in

For Call Center Jabber users, follow the process below

1. Enter CSF follow immediately by your StarID@mnsu.edu and click Continue

2. Enter your StarID and the PIN that was given by Telecom Specialist Julie Keck

3. If you experience any issues with logging in, please contact IT Solutions Center Ext 6654
