How do I reset my voicemail PIN?

Overview

Individuals can now set their own PIN by the following steps:

1. Navigate to https://my.mnsu.edu/account/. 
2. Login with your StarID and password.
3. Select Change Voicemail Pin.
4. Enter and re-enter a new voicemail PIN.

NOTE: The restrictions on the PIN are as follows:

• Must be 6-digits or more
• Must not be reused
• Should be easy to remember
• Should be hard to guess (not 123456)
