Verify that the following Microsoft MFA phone numbers are not blocked:

• +1-877-668-6536

If you are not receiving Microsoft MFA phone calls:

1. Check your mobile phone and unblock any of the phone numbers listed above.
2. If you use Zoom Phone, verify that the phone numbers listed above are not blocked.
3. If the phone numbers are blocked in Zoom Phone and you cannot remove the block, contact IT Solutions for assistance.
