Perceptive Content: Linking Blank/Incorrect Information from ISRS

If you are linking from an ISRS window into Perceptive Content and it is pulling blank or incorrect information. Try turning the ISRS Panel on/off

If you are attempting to link a record from ISRS to Perceptive Content and it is pulling blank or incorrect data. Try turning on or off the Panel in ISRS.

1. Log into ISRS

2. Right Click anywhere in the gray area

3. Select Panel. 

4. This should remove the top tool bar and allow for the right lines of data to be pulled into Perceptive Content.
