Logging into Request an Event or Meeting Space

If you haven't logged into EMS within the past 365 days, your account has been deactivated. Follow these steps to log in, contact scheduling, and log in again.

This article explains how to log in to Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Online Event Management System (EMS) to request an event or meeting space

How to

Please log into online EMS with your StarID and password. 

1. If you haven’t logged in before, no problem.
2. Attempt to log in Here.
3. Contact University Scheduling and Conference Services at 507-389-2223 or university.scheduling@mnsu.edu.
4. Navigate to https://minnstate.bookitadmin.minnstate.edu/BrowseForSpace.aspx
5. Log in with your STARID and password.
