Overview
To support a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment, all new and recently re-hired employees are automatically enrolled in the Annual Compliance Training Program. This training is a critical part of understanding workplace expectations and policies unique to the Minnesota State system of higher education.
Training Details
New hires are automatically registered in the training program through the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system. A registration notice, including login instructions, will be sent from ELM.Notifications@state.mn.us.
If you’ve recently joined or returned to employment, please check your inbox for this message.
Training Deadline
All assigned modules must be completed within thirty (30) days of enrollment.

The program includes seven (7) required modules designed to promote workplace safety, compliance, and inclusivity. These modules are part of your primary job assignment, even if you hold multiple roles within Minnesota State.
