Registering for a Course for the 4th Time

Overview

You can only register for the same undergraduate course three times using E-services. If you try to register a fourth time, the system won't let you unless you receive special approval.

How-To

The appeal process is as follows:

  1. At least 3 weeks before the term starts, fill out the Course Appeal Form.
  1. Make sure to include all required documents and signatures.
  2. Send the completed form:
    • By email to: undergradeducation@mnsu.edu, or
    • Drop it off at:
      Office of Academic Affairs
      315 Wigley Administration Center
      Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN 56001
  3. Your request will be reviewed and either approved or denied.
  4. If approved, Registration and Academic Records will let you know when you can register for the course.
