How-To
Instructors can grant course permissions or overrides by following these steps:
- Log in to the Faculty Application.
- Click the Faculty menu (top left).
- Select Faculty Overrides.
- Enter the Student ID.
- Choose the Year/Term.
- Select the appropriate Override Code:
- 000012 – Special permission (e.g., permission-based courses, appeals)
- 000013 – Course is full
- 000022 – Time conflict (e.g., student arriving late due to overlap)
- 000024 – Upper division or program permission
- 000061 – Register for multiple course schedules
- 000068 – Override test score or prerequisite
- Select the Course ID.
- Click Process.
