How to Access Your Student Degree Audit

Overview

Your Degree Audit (DARS) is an individualized report that shows your progress toward completing your degree requirements. All undergraduate students have a degree audit available through E-Services.  

Accessing Your Degree Audit 

  1. Log in to E-Services 
  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Academic Records.  
  3. In the Academic Records submenu, click Degree Audit.  
  4. Click Open Degree Audit, Graduation Planner, and Schedule Builder.  
  5. Confirm Your Institution 
    • If prompted, select Minnesota State University, Mankato. 
    • Make sure you do not select another Minnesota State institution, as this may generate incorrect results.  
  6. Choose Your Declared Major Audit  
    • Declared major audit includes all graduation requirements 
    • MnTC audit only includes Minnesota Transfer Curriculum requirements 

Printing Your Degree Audit 

  1. Open your degree audit using the steps above. 
  2. Select the Printer Friendly option located on the right side of the page (under the graphs). 
  3. Print the document.  

Saving Your Degree Audit as a PDF 

  1. Open your degree audit. 
  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Print. 
  3. Change the printer destination to Print to PDF
  4. Click Print. 
  5. Choose a save location and select Save.
