Overview
Student schedules can be accessed in ARSA or by the student's advisor. All FERPA and student records policies should be followed when handling a student's academic record.
Accessing an Advisee Schedule in Faculty Application
- Go to Faculty Application.
- Choose Advisees.
- Choose Advisee Type: Enrolled
- Enter the Student ID or Star ID or leave the field blank.
- Click Search.
- Find the advisee's name.
- Click on the Student's Name to access the student's schedule, including the name of the instructor.
Accessing a Student Schedule In ARSA
- Go to Employee Home .
- Select ARSA (Academic Records Student Affairs Application).
- On the upper-left side of the page, click ARSA.
- Under Registration, select Student.
- Enter the following information:
- Year/Term: Enter the appropriate term (example: 20271).
- Student Tech ID: Enter the student's Tech ID.
- Click Display Student Information.
- Click the PDF icon to download the student's schedule.
- Open the PDF to view the student's schedule, including the name of the instructor for each course.
