Accessing a Student Schedule (including instructor name)

ARSA and Faculty Application can be used to access a student's schedule that includes instructor names.

Overview

Student schedules can be accessed in ARSA or by the student's advisor.  All FERPA and student records policies should be followed when handling a student's academic record.   

Accessing an Advisee Schedule in Faculty Application 

  • Go to Faculty Application
  • Choose Advisees.  
  • Choose Advisee Type: Enrolled 
  • Enter the Student ID or Star ID or leave the field blank.  
  • Click Search
  • Find the advisee's name.  
  • Click on the Student's Name to access the student's schedule, including the name of the instructor.  

Accessing a Student Schedule In ARSA 

  • Go to Employee Home . 
  • Select ARSA (Academic Records Student Affairs Application)
  • On the upper-left side of the page, click ARSA
  • Under Registration, select Student
  • Enter the following information:  
    • Year/Term: Enter the appropriate term (example: 20271). 
    • Student Tech ID: Enter the student's Tech ID. 
  • Click Display Student Information
  • Click the PDF icon to download the student's schedule. 
  • Open the PDF to view the student's schedule, including the name of the instructor for each course.
