How do I post a thread in Discussions? How do I reply to a Discussion thread in D2L Brightspace?

Overview

To post and reply to a Discussions thread in D2L Brightspace, watch this tutorial video on how to engage in D2L Brightspace Discussions as a learner/student or follow the steps:

1. Login to D2L Brightspace with your Star ID credentials.
2. Click on the course in which you'd like to access.
3. Click on Communication and then Discussions.

4. From the Discussions List, click on the Topic you'd like to reply to
5. To post, click the Start a New Thread button, enter a subject and content, then click the Post button.

6. To reply, click the title of the thread you want to reply to.

7. Click the Reply to Thread button.
8. Edit the title and enter your reply.
9. Click Post.
