How do I fix a frozen camera or view for zoom participants in a FlexSync Classroom?
Overview
- In the technology rack at the teachers’ station, find the Vaddio Box. This technology rack is on the teaching side of the station and might or might not be behind a door. The door to the technology rack should not be locked
- Press the red lighted reset button on the Vaddio Box
- The camera and microphone will reset, so Zoom users will not be able to see or hear from the classroom for about 35 seconds or so during the reset process
