Check your warranty coverage with the information under the category of device that you have. You may also use this information if you have an ongoing repair and would like an update on the status.
Apple
- Navigate to the AppleCare & Warranty Device Coverage website.
- Enter your serial number. Apple will guide you on how to do troubleshooting and help you resolve your problem the easiest way.
- To find your serial number, use the steps below:
- On your computer, click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner.
- Select About this Mac.
- The serial number should be listed. If it isn't, the serial number can also be found on the bottom of the computer and is 12 characters long.
Dell
Dell provides direct to the home repair service as well as mail in repairs.
- Navigate to the Dell Support website.
- Enter your service tag number and/or express service code and follow the directions to troubleshoot your problem and determine a repair procedure.
- The service tag is located typically on the bottom of the laptop or under a flap that needs to be opened and on the top and the back of a desktop.

Microsoft
- Navigate to the Microsoft Online Service Center
- Enter your serial number. Note: You must have the business warranty.
- To find your serial number, use the steps below:
- The serial number can be found either by locating it on the back cover of the machine or clicking on the start menu in the lower left corner.
- Click on Settings or gear icon on the left side of the menu.
- Click on Systems.
- Click on About.
- This should display the serial number.

CPS: Consumer Priority Service
- Navigate to the CPS website.
- Log in to your customer account or create an account using the policy number on your warranty certificate.
- Enter all the necessary information to enable a repair and work order.
