Overview
This article explains how historical or former email addresses are managed in your MinnState Office 365 (MavMAIL) inbox.
Resolution
- All former email addresses are attached to your MinnState Office 365 (MavMAIL) inbox. This inbox will also include any historical email addresses obtained at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
- If any of these email addresses should be removed, you will need to create a ticket with the Minnstate Service Desk to request that the email be removed. The ticket can be created at https://servicedesk.minnstate.edu.
Outcome
The user will understand which email addresses are linked to their MavMAIL inbox and be able to request removal of any unnecessary addresses by submitting a ticket to the MinnState Service Desk.
