Overview
This article explains how historical or former email addresses are managed in your MinnState Office 365 (MavMAIL) inbox.
Resolution
- All former email addresses are linked to your MinnState Office 365 (MavMAIL) inbox.
- Your inbox will also include any past email addresses you received while attending or working at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
- If you need one of these email addresses removed, you must submit a request to the MinnState Service Desk.
Outcome
You will understand which email addresses are connected to your MavMAIL inbox and know how to request removal of any addresses you no longer need by submitting a ticket to the MinnState Service Desk.
