The Blu Ray player in a classroom is not playing the disk or does not appear to be responding when attempting to use it for presentation.
Possible Causes
- The incorrect input source is selected on the touch panel
- The DVD player is powered off
- Playback has not been started from the correct control

Resolution
- Verify you have selected DVD on the touch panel
- Verify the DVD player is turned on (You should see a blue light coming from the front of the DVD player)
- Press play on the touch panel
- Press play on the DVD player
- Verify your DVD is in good working condition
