I get an error message when trying to update my email signature. How do I change the email signature that is sent out in D2L Brightspace?
Overview
There is a known issue that causes an error message when updating the email signature in D2L Brightspace. Use these steps to workaround this issue:
- Navigate to any course offering.
- Click the Communication menu.
- Click Email from the drop down menu.
- Click the Sent Mail button.
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Edit your email signature in D2L Brightspace.
- Click the Save button. Your email signature will now be updated.
