This article provides instructions for how to disable text messaging Zoom Phones for employees.
How-To
Upon request by the employee, SMS Text Messaging can be disabled for a Zoom Phone university number. This feature needs to be disabled by the Telecommunications administrator. To request this, submit a ticket to the IT Solutions Center.
