Grades are posted as soon as they are entered by the instructors. Instructors can begin entering grades for courses one calendar week prior to the official last day of the course and continue through the Thursday of the week following the end of the term. Thus, all grades should be posted one week after a term is completed and may be on students' records earlier than this, depending on the length of the course.
