The campus-wide no-tobacco policy has been in effect since January 1, 2012. Tobacco use (smoking and smokeless tobacco) is no longer allowed on University property or in University owned or leased vehicles. Health and cessation education and awareness services are being offered to students, faculty and staff, and signage has been placed to inform the campus community and visitors of the new policy.
