Part-time employment can be a great way for students to earn money and gain experience for their future professional career. The MSU Career Development Center assists students in finding part-time employment in a variety of ways.
Handshake
Handshake is a search engine that allows access to part-time employment opportunities both on and off campus. The Career Development Center will automatically create a Handshake account for all incoming students at the start of the semester in which they enroll.
Part Time Job Fair
Students can also attend the part time job fair in the fall semester to connect with area employers, fill out applications, and learn about jobs available in the community. Check the Career Development Center homepage for more information.
