Many packages that come to the University for students are delivered to Receiving and Delivery, before making their way to the student’s residence community. Because of this, the tracking on a package may show as delivered even though the student hasn’t received it yet. It can take up to an extra day for the student’s package to be delivered to their residence community. If your student has not received their package within a reasonable time frame, you may contact the Residential Life Office at 507-389-1011 or email.
