The university's Student Activities Office manages an off-campus housing advertising program that connects students with property managers and housing options in the area. Additionally, we host three housing fairs each year, in November, January, and March. Property managers opt in to the program, so it is not inclusive of all housing options in the area, but those properties that are most popular with students do participate. A list of participating properties may be found at Off-Campus Housing. It is important to know and understand that these properties are privately owned and managed. The university has no control over policies and procedures, rent amounts, or leasing at any of these properties. All questions or concerns should be taken directly to the property manager/leasing office.
