Job requirement during my post-completion OPT period

You must have a job during the entire post-completion OPT period. If you accumulate 90 days or more of unemployment, you are in violation of your F-1 status. Students must submit employment information to the Student and Exchange Visitor Program Portal. If you are a STEM OPT recipient, you must submit employment information to your designated immigration advisor at the Kearney Center.
