Logging in to MavLife

Overview

This article provides step by step instructions to log in to MavLife, both on the online portal and on the mobile app for iOS and Android. 

How-To

Log in to MavLife mobile app: 

1. On your mobile device, download the MavLife app from Google Play or the App Store. 
2. Once downloaded, open the app. 
3. Under Community Hubs, select MavLife. 
4. Enter your university email address (example: john.doe@mnsu.edu). 
5. Click Continue. 
6. Enter the sign-in code sent to your email. 

Log in to MavLife online:  

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the MavLife online portal. 
2. Click Sign In. 
3. Click Student, Faculty, and Staff Sign In. 
4. Log in with your StarID credentials. 
   • Student username: YourStarID@go.minnstate.edu 
   • Employee username: YourStarID@minnstate.edu 
   • Password: Your StarID password 
5. Complete multi-factor authentication if prompted. 

Outcome 

The user will be logged into MavLife.
