Overview
This article explains how to correctly use a foundation account in Workday for transactions. Users will learn which account and program numbers to use and the importance of including the correct cost center or Workday Program number in the memo section for proper processing.
Workday Foundation Account
When using a foundation account in Workday, please select 901672 as you did previously. The new Workday Program number is PG0005747. Make sure to enter your actual cost center or Workday Program number in the memo section so that Business Services can properly review/route/record.
