Workday Credentials
In Workday, the Credentials feature allows faculty and concurrent instructors to manage and verify their professional qualifications, certifications, and licenses. It's designed to help you keep track of your academic and professional credentials in one place. Filling out credentials offers benefits like tracking, verification, expiration alerts, compliance, and reporting. It helps aid in helping Human Resources with processing and verifications for payroll, staffing, and immigration.
Credentials are a feature for faculty and concurrent instructors only and should not be used by staff. Staff can update their information, including their education history, under the “profile” feature.
