Minnesota State University, Mankato employees can view technology assets under their responsibility in our records any time. If there are any changes to University assets under your responsibility, it's important to report those changes. This helps us keep our records up to date and keep the University secure. Updates might include things like a new device, a transferred device, a lost device, or other changes.

View Technology Asset Records

  1. Log in to Maverick OneStop with your StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner
  3. Click on My Profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “My Assets” section

Update Your Technology Asset Records

If a technology asset has changed, been updated, gone missing, is transferred to another employee, or you have purchased a new device, please submit an update to your records using the appropriate form below.

Outcome

Employees will be able to view, verify, and update their technology asset records.
