What is Asset Management?
We manage the life cycle of University owned technology assets from purchase through retirement to help keep campus secure. This includes ensuring the secure destruction of University data residing on University owned assets, managing recycled and surplus computer assets, and managing the reallocation and tracking of computer assets.

Recycle Surplus Technology
This is the official University method for securely disposing State assets that are electronic storage devices, for example, computers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and external hard drives. Request that a University owned technology asset or peripheral be recycled and assessed for reallocation by submitting a ticket. Equipment pick-up options are available.
Technology Asset Inventory
