Question

How do I request access to Adobe Creative Cloud as a faculty, staff or student worker?

Overview

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite licenses are available on request to all faculty, staff, graduate assistants, and teaching assistants. The full list of applications available through Adobe CC can be found here. There is also an Adobe flowchart attached to this document. To request an Adobe license:

  1. Contact the IT Solutions Center at 507-389-6654, ITSolutionsCenter@mnsu.edu, or by visiting the CSU IT Solutions Center in person with your request

NOTE: Only supervisors of student workers can submit a request on behalf of their student worker

  1. When you are notified that you have been added for access you can run the Adobe Creative Cloud application and log in

    1. Most University computers already have the Adobe Creative Cloud application installed. If you already have the Adobe Creative Cloud application, skip to step the next step. If you don't already have the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) application view Adobe's article for instructions.

    2. If any of the Adobe software you are running is indicating that you are not licensed, you may need to log out and log back in, or you may need to remove the application from your computer and re-install it from the Creative Cloud application. If these solutions do not work, please contact the IT Solutions Center
    3. You can use your account to run Adobe software on two separate computers.
