Question
My Zoom phone or desk phone is not ringing when someone calls me, what can I check?
Overview
- Check your business hours in Zoom
- Go to the Zoom webpage > Login with SSO > Phone > Under Call Handling, check Business Hours.
- Verify DND button is not on the physical Yealink phone
- Verify there is no holiday scheduled for the day
- Verify correct time zone under Profile section on the Zoom webpage
- Verify correct time zone within Outlook settings File > Options > Calendar > Time zones
- Verify correct time and time zone on local computer with the Zoom Application is being used
