This article outlines how faculty, staff, or students can reach out to Qualtrics customer support.

IT Solutions doesn't directly support help for Qualtrics, as our license includes excellent customer service and support from the company itself. Get help from Qualtrics by email or by phone using their online support system.

Instructions

Step 1 - Login to Qualtrics using your StarID/Office 365 credentials.

Step 2 - Click the ? help icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3 - Click Contact Support button.

Step 4 - Click Sign in with SSO link at the bottom of the sign in.

Step 5 -​​​​​​​ Enter the Organization ID: mnsu 

Step 6 -​​​​​​​ Click the Continue button to get options to email or call support.

Visit the IT Solutions Center page to view current hours, locations, and contact information.
