Overview
Zoom AI Companion, your generative-AI digital assistant, delivers powerful, real-time capabilities to help users improve productivity and work together more effectively. Zoom customers can expect to see AI Companion throughout the Zoom platform, with features available for products including Meetings, Team Chat, Mail, Phone, and more.
Environment
- State-Owned Devices: Equipment provided to university employees and managed by Minnesota State University, Mankato.
- Personal Devices: Equipment owned and maintained by individual users.
How-To
You can control AI Companion features in the Zoom web portal.
Instructions
Step 1 - Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Step 2 -In the navigation menu, do one of the following:
- To enable or disable for all users on the account, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- To enable or disable for a group of users, click User Management then Groups and choose a group name from the list.
- To enable or disable for your own use, click Settings.
Step 3 -Click the AI Companion tab.
Step 4 - Click the toggle next to a feature to enable or disable it.
Outcome
You will not be able to use the Zoom AI Companion.
