Overview
Planner provides several notification options to keep users informed:
- Email Notifications
- Teams Notifications
- Mobile Push Notifications
- Custom Notifications via Power Automate
Environment
- State-Owned Devices: Equipment provided to university employees and managed by Minnesota State University, Mankato. ," The steps, tools, or solutions in this article may not work on personal devices due to administrative restrictions or licensing requirements.
- Personal Devices: Equipment owned and maintained by individual users.
How-To
- Go to https://planner.cloud.microsoft/
- Select Settings
- Select Notifications
- Select on or off for each notification as desired.
- Select Save.
Outcome
Based on what you choose, this will allow you to receive notifications for many different actions. Some examples of notifications are when a task is assigned to you or due, a teams notification is updated, comments added, and more.
