Upcoming Retirement of Course Email Addresses
Historically, the System Office has supported a service that provides a unique email address for every course, used for faculty email communication with students. After the spring 2026 semester, the System Office will no longer support this service. Retiring this service also improves security and reduces risk. As an alternative, faculty should use the email tool in D2L Brightspace to communicate with students.
