Overview
Use the DA4001CP- u.Acheive Audit Report report in ISRS Reports to generate a "What If" degree audit report to help a student or advisor understand how a program or catalog year change would impact their academic requirements to graduate. All FERPA and student records policies should be followed when handling a student's academic record.
Using ISRS Reports to Pull a "What If" Degree Audit Report (DARs)
- Go to ISRS Reports in Employee Home.
- Select DA4001CP-u.Acheive Audit Report.
- Enter the following information:
- Student ID: Enter the student tech ID(s).
- Use COM Table: MAMN3
- Degree Program: Enter the major or certificate program code from the Major, Minor, and Program Codes list (for example, BS 0010).
- Format: Degree types with 2 letters (BA, BS) require 2 spaces before the program number (for example, BS 0010). Degree types with 4 letters do not require spaces (for example, BSSW0077).
- General Education: Use GEBS as the Degree Program for General Education degree audits.
- Minors: Run minors separately as a “What If” audit and enter only the minor program code (for example, 0563).
- Force Catalog YRTR: Enter appropriate catalog year (i.e. 20273 for 2026-2027)
- Click Submit.
- Click Monitor and allow the report time to process.
- Click Refresh until the report is complete.
- Click PDF to open the report.
