Pulling a Degree Audit Report (DARs) Report

Overview

Use the DA4001CP- u.Acheive Audit Report report in ISRS Reports to generate a degree audit report for a student. All FERPA and student records policies should be followed when handling a student's academic record. 

Using ISRS Reports to Pull a Degree Audit Report (DARs)

  1. Go to ISRS Reports tab in Employee Home
  2. Select DA4001CP-u.Acheive Audit Report
  3. Enter the following information:    
    • Student ID: Enter the student tech ID(s). If entering multiple IDs, separate them with commas without spaces.  
    • Use COM Table: MAMN3 
  4. Click Submit.  
  5. Click Monitor and allow the report time to process.  
  6. Click Refresh until the report is complete.  
  7. Click PDF to open the report.
