Overview
This article explains how to manage participants during a Zoom meeting using a Zoom Touch Display. It is intended for meeting hosts who need to control participant audio or view participant options in classrooms or conference spaces.
How-To
- To manage your participants, tap your Zoom Touch Display to unhide the controls, then tap the ellipsis icon at bottom right of screen
- Tap Manage Participants
- Tap Mute All to mute all participants
- Tap the arrow in the row of a participant to show options for that specific participant
- To close the Participants menu, tap the X icon
Outcome
The user can successfully access the Participants menu on the Zoom Touch Display and manage meeting participants.
