Overview

This article explains how to manage participants during a Zoom meeting using a Zoom Touch Display. It is intended for meeting hosts who need to control participant audio or view participant options in classrooms or conference spaces.

How-To

  1. To manage your participants, tap your Zoom Touch Display to reveal the controls, then tap the ellipsis icon at bottom of screen
  2. Tap Participants in the popup list

  1. Tap Mute All button at the bottom of the window to simultaneously mute all participants
  2. Tap the ellipsis at the far right end of any participant to show options for that specific participant

  1. To close the Participants menu, tap the X icon

Outcome

The user can successfully access the Participants menu on the Zoom Touch Display and manage meeting participants.
