It is intended for faculty, and staff who need to ensure their Adobe account is properly linked to their university credentials, allowing full access to Adobe applications and services provided through the university license. 

How-To

Make certain you are logged out of Adobe through Adobe Creative Cloud. 

  1. Find Adobe Creative Cloud in your Windows menu and select it
  2. Click on the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of Adobe Creative Cloud
  3. Click Sign out
  4. Sign in with your firstname.lastname@mnsu.edu email address and click Continue
  5. Click Company or School Account
  6. You must also log out of Adobe on your browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Visit the Adobe Creative Cloud Website, right click over the blue circle icon, select Sign Out

Outcome

The user will be signed out of any personal Adobe accounts and successfully signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe web services using their Minnesota State University account, ensuring proper access to all university-licensed Adobe applications and features.
