Adding an Additional Email To a Ticket

Overview

This article is for IT staff who need to include an additional email address when sending ticket updates in TeamDynamix. If a customer uses an email address other than their MNSU email, you can enter that address in the Other Email Addresses field when sending an update so they receive the communication.

How-To

  1. Under the General tab, click the drop-down button, select Actions and then select Update
  2. Scroll down to Other Email Addresses and type in the appropriate email to communicate with the user 

Outcome

After completing these steps, the ticket update will be sent to the email address entered in the Other Email Addresses field. The email address must be entered again for future updates if additional communications need to be sent to that address.
