Adding an Additional Email To a Ticket

Overview

This article is for IT staff to add  an additional email address to a ticket in Team Dynamix. If a customer submits a ticket under any email other than their MNSU email, you will need to add an Other Email Address in order to contact or update them.

How-To

  1. Under the General tab, click the drop-down button, select Actions and then select Update
  2. Scroll down to Other Email Addresses and type in the appropriate email to communicate with the user 

Outcome

After completing these steps, the additional email address will be added.
