Viewing File Upload Responses in Qualtrics

Question

My Qualtrics survey includes a file upload question, how to I view what respondents uploaded? How do I download the files uploaded to a Qualtrics survey?

Overview

1. Access the Qualtrics Project that has the File Upload question.
2. Click the Data & Analysis tab.
3. Assure a Yes response to the File Upload question.
4. Click the down arrow in the Actions column.
5. Click View Response.
6. Locate the File Upload question.
7. Click the name of the file to download.
