Viewing File Upload Responses in Qualtrics

Explains how to view and download files submitted through a File Upload question in Qualtrics by accessing responses in the Data & Analysis tab.

Overview

This article explains how to download files submitted through a File Upload question in Qualtrics.

1. Access the Qualtrics Project that has the File Upload question.
2. Click the Data & Analysis tab.
3. Assure a Yes response to the File Upload question.
4. Click the down arrow in the Actions column.
5. Click View Response.
6. Locate the File Upload question.
7. Click the name of the file to download.
