Logging In to Qualtrics

Explains how students, faculty, and staff log in to Qualtrics using their StarID/MavMail credentials and create their account if logging in for the first time.

This article is for students, faculty, and staff and explains how to log in to their free university Qualtrics account.

How-To

Log in to Qualtrics:

1. Navigate to the Qualtrics Login for Minnesota State, Mankato.

• If you have never registered or signed into Qualtrics before, you will see a prompt that asks you if you have a preexisting Qualtrics account.
• Click the No, I don't have a preexisting account here button.

2. Log in using your StarID/MavMail credentials:

• Faculty/Staff: StarID@minnstate.edu
• Students/Emeriti: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
• Student Workers should use their Student login: StarID@go.minnstate.edu

3. Click Next.
4. Enter your StarID password.
5. Click Sign on.
6. Follow the steps for multi-factor authentication.
7. Select No or Yes to stay signed in or not.
8. Your Qualtrics homepage will load.

Note: This does not apply to the OERG/Psychology Department Qualtrics instance at our university.
