Setting Outbound Caller ID on Zoom Phone

Want to mask your outbound Caller ID? Follow these steps to allow a different Caller ID to appear when making calls.

This article explains how to set your default Outbound Caller ID in Zoom Phone.

How-To

Zoom Users

Set your default Outbound Caller ID in the Zoom web portal. See the Zoom Phone Caller ID document for more information. You cannot change your default Outbound Caller ID in the Zoom mobile app.

Zoom Web Portal

1. Log in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Phone.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. In the Outbound Caller ID section, open the drop-down menu.
5. Select the number you want to display when making an outgoing call.
6. Click Save.

Common Area Phones

For Common Area Phones, submit a ticket to IT to request a change to the default Outbound Caller ID. The Telecommunications team will make the change.

Outcome

Your default Outbound Caller ID will be updated in Zoom Phone.
