Fitness Assessments

Campus Rec has trained staff to help you reach your exercise goals.

A small fee for students ($20) gets you two fitness assessments – one before you begin your exercise plan and the other after you've finished so you can mark your progress!

Fitness assessments include:

  • Body composition
  • Cardio-respiratory fitness
  • Muscular strength assessment
  • Flexibility

Once you complete your fitness assessment the campus rec staff can assist you with creating a customized exercise plan.
