Access to edit/add content on The Fountain is limited to keep content consistent, clear, and relevant for users.
Approval Process

Site-Level Approval: Each site can have up to two designated designers. To gain design access, you must first be approved by The Fountain staff, submit a IT ticket to request this.
Requesting Access
Once you have received approval:

The Content Librarian must submit a ticket on your behalf. If Fountain Staff approved your request they will submit a ticket on your behalf.

Training Requirement

Once your request is reviewed and approved by The Fountain staff, you will be enrolled in The Fountain training within D2L Brightspace.

You must fully complete the training.

Notify your Content Librarian or a Fountain staff member once training is completed.

Upon successful confirmation of the training being completed, access to your requested site/page may be granted.

Once enrolled in training, you will also be added to The Fountain Microsoft Team, where you can:
