Pulling a Transcript in ISRS Reports

Overview

Use the CT1001CB – Transcripts report in ISRS Reports to generate an unofficial student transcript for one or more students. All FERPA and student records policies should be followed when handling a students academic record. 

Using ISRS Reports to Pull an Unofficial Transcript

  1. Go to ISRS Reports in Employee Home
  2. Select CT1001CB – Transcripts
  3. Enter the following information:  
    • Transcript Up Thru This Term: Enter the appropriate term (example: 20261) or 99999 (includes all terms) 
    • Student ID: Enter the student tech ID(s). If entering multiple IDs, separate them with commas without spaces. 
    • Undergraduate/Graduate: U or G (Remove U and G to pull both transcript types) 
    • Exclude Zero Credit Courses: Change to N to include zero-credit courses. 
    • Initial Statistics: Change to Y to include older academic records. 
  4. Click Submit. 
  5. Click Monitor and allow the report time to process. 
  6. Click Refresh until the report is complete. 
  7. Click PDF to open the report.
