Accessing an Unofficial Transcript

Overview

Unofficial transcripts are accessed by the student directly. The University does not print or email unofficial transcripts. 

Accessing Unofficial Transcripts

Online

  1. Log in to e-services with your StarID and password
  2. Under the Academic Records menu, select Unofficial Transcripts.
  3. Click on the Get Academic Record button to view your transcript.
  4. Click on the PDF icon that appears above the upper right corner of your academic record to open or save it as a printable PDF document.

Your Star ID and Star ID password are required to access unofficial transcripts. IT has a variety of resources to assist with StarID Access. Visit the StarID page for password reset guidance.

If you need to update your personal email address or add a Social Security Number to your record to activate or reset your Star ID and Star ID password, please complete the Personal Data Change process. 

Unofficial transcripts are not available to students graduating before 1975. These student would need to order official transcripts.
