
Calendar Sync Instructions
You must sync your employee-based Outlook calendar with the Navigate360 platform so that appointments can flow between your Navigate360 calendar and your MSU Outlook calendar. This also blocks off busy times coming in from Outlook to Navigate360 and prevents double booking.

- To set up your calendar syncing, open the Calendar page.

2. Select the Settings and Sync button.

The Calendar Settings page opens. If you have not yet set up a sync, you will see the image below.
3. Click Setup Sync

4. Find the Microsoft Office 325 option and follow the prompts to set up your sync. ONLY SYNC with your employee-level account (i.e. your StarID@minnstate.edu.)
NOTE: Navigate360 will only sync with the official University email provider. Although other email options are listed, only Microsoft Office will work.
