Add-Ons and Coupons/Discount Codes in Ryzer Camp Software

Overview

This article will walk you through how to create add-ons and discount/presale codes in the Ryzer Camp Management platform

How-To

Using add-on in Ryzer

  1. Collect all of your add on sales options.
  2. Watch the Add Ons and Coupons/Discount Codes in Ryzer Camp Software Video
  3. Log into your Ryzer admin site
  4. Under the Event menu button select "Add-Ons"
  5. Select "Add an Event Add-On"
  6. Entering the Following Information
    1. Add On Name
    2. Add-On Description
    3. Unit Price.item
    4. Select all applicable events
    5. You can make this required
    6. Set your quantity and quantity limits
    7. You can add an image
    8. Set an End date
    9. And check "Active" box
  7. Select "Additional Options" to create more in depth request
    1. You can add attributes such as T-Shirt Size, Pizza Toppings, etc for people to select
    2. Select "Add Attribute"
    3. Select the plus button to add options to the attribute
    4. Select "Save" when all attribute options are created
    5. You can add more than one attribute
  8. Select Submit

Creating Promo Codes and Presale Codes

  1. Under the Event menu button select "Add-Ons"
  2. Select "Coupons and Discounts"
  3. Select "Add a Discount Code"
  4. Select the Type of Discount You Want
    1. Single Event Discount: A discount for one event
    2. Multiple Event Discounts: A discount when registering for multiple events
    3. Multiple Participant Discounts: A discount when registering multiple people for the same camp
  5. Enter in the following information
    1. Title (The actual code used. IE Save20, StomperFlash20)
    2. Description (What is displayed on the camp)
    3. Discount am mount
      1. percentage or Dollar amount
    4. Max Registrations
    5. Start and End Dates
  6. Select which event the code is active for
  7. Check"Active"
  8. Click "Submit"

You can edit or clone other discount in the discount code dashboard.

Outcome

You will configure add-ons and coupone codes in Ryzer software
