Microsoft Teams is the central hub for collaboration in Microsoft 365, bringing together chat, meetings, calling, file sharing, and teamwork in one place.

How to Access 

Faculty, staff, and students can access Teams in Microsoft 365. Download the desktop app, mobile app, or access it on the web. State-owned computers have the app already installed.

Log in to Teams

Login Credentials 

  • Student Username: StarID@go.minnstate.edu 
  • Employee Username: StarID@minnstate.edu
  • Password: StarID password

Key Features  

  • Chat with individuals or groups.
  • Host online meetings, video calls, and webinars with screen sharing.
  • Store files and collaborate on them in real time with built-in Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Organize team communication with channels, posts, and shared workspaces.
