Classroom Technology Support

Description  

IT Solutions provides support and training for classrooms, computer labs with specialized hardware and software, and other learning spaces on campus. This includes projectors, audio-visual systems, media players, document cameras, control systems, and multimodal classroom technology that allows remote video conferencing with Zoom including specialized microphones, cameras, and displays.

Fulfillment Details 

Classroom technology support requests have a 10-minute response time during service hours (Monday through Thursday at 8am–8pm, Friday at 8am–6pm, and Saturday at 10am–12pm). Classroom training requests will be followed up on within 2–3 business days.
